Ferrovanadium (FeV) is a grayish silver crystalline solid alloy made from iron and vanadium. The alloy contains 35–85% vanadium. Ferrovanadium is used as a hardener, strengthener, and anti-corrosive additive for steels and other ferrous-based products.
